HIGHLY RECOMMEND them both. It was with excitement then that I purchased Crucial Accountability - only to find that it is word for word the same book as Crucial Confront. The authors not only offered good, practical, applicable information, but their writing was pretty good as well. I expected it to be dry and very text-book like, but really it was pr.
