My favorite part is the Stop Dieting part This book comprises 6 books that discusses the NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming). It's a clear guide that helps every reader broaden his/her knowledge about NLP. My favorite part is the Stop Dieting part. I've always been obsessed with my weight. You know, when I think that I'm fat but people around me say I'm not. The last part of this book made me realize that I shouldn't worry too much, that I should develop positive thought about it..
