Inspiring! Lynn Anthes I am 63 and have found one can never stop learning I have found even more knowledge with-in this book to add to what I have known and still believe in And I am thankful to have been able to find it and read it for it has inspired me to continue to grow in a relationship with God/Jesus/Holy Spirit with Love and compassion for all creations thou heavenly Father had made For I am grateful for it all!. Good historical perspective I like the historical perspective provided, but I was looking for more of a scripture by scripture type of account. That's not how this book is handled. More of summaries.. Not what I expected. I expected a more in soulo Not what I expected. I expected a more in depth history of the bible and not necessarily the stories, but where they came from.
