Decent info for beginners but poorly written Decent information for beginners. At some times the writing and lack of editing made it distracting from the points trying to be made. Also, the author kept referring readers to blog posts and other info from the website which was frustrating that some of the information wasn't provided.. Eli Lato said and I'm glad that I read it. Wonderful Easy Beginner Investor Read! I just finished reading this book as I am about to embark on a Real Estate Investing adventure. I found it comical in ways which kept me wanting to read on to see what other random citations Brandon would spit out.The book itself is a simple read and is very easy to understand for a beginner like me. It burns the bulb brighter in your brain and I definitely recommend this book to anyone starting out!
