Great book, plenty of songs Karen Sherwood Great book, plenty of songs, references and good backstories. I'm not fond of the binding, though; pages get stuck and don't settle easily. I suspect some generous use and wear will help them along.. "A book primarily for voice" according to Telescope Lady. This book is directed primarily for voice artists. Those of us wanting to work with instrumentals will find that only the melody of the songs is provided. It is still very informative and contains song with which I was previously unfamiliar.. Useful connections. nemahawg A bit longwinded in the introductory material, but useful in showing connections and summarizing research. The real value is in the songbook portion.
