Fun Stories of St Mary's Combined for the First Time This book is a compilation of short stories previously released individually on Amazon, plus one additional new story. Some reviewers have complained that there was so little new material. As a rule, I do not buy short story stand-alone releases, even those by my favorite authors such as Jodi Taylor. When I start a new book, I hope to spend more time in the author’s world than a short story allows. Also, because I read so quickly, it seems that the price on the short story releases is disproportionate to the time entertained. (I did make an exception for &l. Great Collection of Jodi's Short Stories! Wiggiemomsi (Wiggie) I absolutely LOVE Jodi's marvelous stories, and was thrilled to find the short stories in one collection - which was clearly marked as such. It doesn't seem right to give such a gifted author fewer stars than she obviously deserves, just because some readers didn't READ that this was a compilation of prior shorts, plus an original (which was marvelous!) Authors NEED those 5 stars, and it's rather petty to deny them! I will always give Jodi 5 stars; she DESERVES them!
