I can see how some would be disappointed, because I also thought it would be more of a book on how to detect lies and read people, and it's not. Even thought the title is misleading, it offers information that you MUST have if you intend on reading any other body language or lie detecting type book. It's a necessarily complimentary boo. Maybe I was being unrealistic, but that's what the title implied.The book doesn't teach you how to find out ANYTHING, from ANYONE, ANYTIME. It teaches you how to ask questions and try to find ways to keep on asking more questions that will lead to. "I read it twice" according to M. Heiss. Useful information in the book. The early chapters offer practical scenarios for using questioning techniques. The final chapters are little more that lists, or glorified power point slides.
