"Generally Good Info" according to Sandy. There is a lot of helpful information in this book, but the author seems a bit too sure of himself, making me question some of his suggestions. For one, while it is true that a resume should be written in the first person, it should not include the word "I," as suggested as a possibility by the author. The "I" should be understood but not used in print. If this is a new trend, my guess is that most hiring managers will see the use of "I" as an error, not a new trend or an acceptable practice.. Job Searching IS INDEED A PROCESS! I applied to nearly 50 jobs without many replies other than "thanks but no thanks" from employers. I bit the bullet and bought this book hoping my luck would change. I learned more about myself, my professional brand, and how to think from an employer's viewpoint. Now that my resume is totally revamped, I am eager to see how many hits I now get. I am optimistic that things will turn around quite soon!.
