Job Searching IS INDEED A PROCESS! I applied to nearly 50 jobs without many replies other than "thanks but no thanks" from employers. I bit the bullet and bought this book hoping my luck would change. I learned more about myself, my professional brand, and how to think from an employer's viewpoint. Now that my resume is totally revamped, I am eager to see how many hits I now get. I am optimistic that things will turn around quite soon!.
