Amazon Customer said Well writtena and informative. It is missing the resources it announces though.. Nicely written.Informative. It should be accompanied by Excel templates downloadable from [] but you get redirected to [] where there is no such thing. Chapter 10 from the first edition should also have been there for download but it is not. Also a glossary that defines the terms used in the book should have been there but it is neither.
