Oooh! He did it again! Well, Watchers is still my favorite of Mr. Koontz' books but Lightning is #2, with Strangers coming in third. I won't go thru all of his books that I have read, and try to rank them. But I can't believe it took me so long to get to Lightning! I think that I thought it was one I had already r. It seems when Laura Shane is in trouble a mysterious stranger arrives to save her even from her delivery. She has a rough childhood, but for some reason her "guardian" keeps showing up.
