"Good start in Operations Management" according to Amazon Customer. Good start in Operations Management. I would appreciate more references to topics that are not covered for obvious reasons.. Not "dummy" enough. I was taking a grad class in Operations Management and this book didn't help very much. I felt it didn't dummy some topics down enough, but then skipped other topics we were covering in class.
