Dana's best book yet! P. Santaniello A fast and interesting read, it has lots of great ideas on how to keep the difficult things in life from making you anxious or depressed. Great book!. Amazon Customer said I realize the great need for this book. As one who has not only struggled with depression and anxiety personally, but also have dealt with many moms, church members, and people in ministry, I realize the great need for this book. I appreciate this topic being approached from a physical as well as spiritual view. The author has done a wonderful job of dealing with the person as a whole. We are not just physical nor spiritual. Both aspects make up a person, and it takes both aspects to treat a problem.I recommend this book for every home and church library. We need to have a plan o. "A solid read" according to Laura Johnson. A good, solid look at protecting our mind, what we allow our mind to feed on, what we let out of our mouth, and how to change and better our choices to improve our outlook without getting into popular, but false, secular mantras but rather by focusing on the word of God.
