The Texas Examination of Educational Standards (TExES) English Language Arts and Reading exam is a test that access the skill sets one will need to “become an English language arts educator in the state of Texas.” In the introduction in this book you’ll learn about what exactly it is, what’s on the exam, how it’s scored, and how it’s administered. For example, you just can’t show up for the exam, but rather you’ll have to set up for an account first. As with many tests these days, “cell phones and other electronic, photographic, recording, or listening devices . "Great set of flash cards" according to Annie. I purchase lots of these books for work, so I am very often using them and reviewing them. This one, however, has been one of the best ones that I have had the pleasure of reviewing in a good long while. I freaking love the set up. I have never purchased one quite like this before. The entire book is nothing but flash cards. As an educator myself, I happen to think that flash cards are one of the easiest, most efficient ways a person can learn. However, people often do not utilize them because making them can be quite time consuming. This book negates that entire, time-consuming process. It is amazing. With this b. The questions ranged from basic to advanced, so there was a good mixture of information. Cutting them out didn't take very long at all, so I was able to get them prepared and start studying very quickly. These cards really helped and I'd recommend them to others that are getting ready for the TEXES.
