The biographies of the people are helpful in trying to understand how you become a designer, or at least an academic designer. I wanted insight into RISD as an institution, and I think this gives it.. Great insight in RISD methodology Floris van Eck Offers complementing views of teacher and departments of this iconic art school. I got some interesting insights and frameworks out of it.
