This book is an outline for the real story, not really a book at all I live in New York and I read newspaper articles about this trial in the New York Times,and in the Forwards.This book felt rushed and only skimmed the lives of the people involved in the story. We learn nothing about why the author describes the victim as having absentee parents. Where were they? We learn nothing about the victims older sisters who were also counseled by the convicted perpetrator. We learn nothing about how the victim met her boyfriend and later how she met her husband.
