Gareth Noble A collection of readings and ideas from the 'father of quality'. While the content is good, the connection between articles is unclear and sometimes repetitive. Not a cover to cover read but a good reference.. Amazon Customer said Lacking substance. Full of punch words and theory names but the contents can really be summarised in perhaps a few pages. With all due respect I can't say I learnt enough to justify the time used to complete this book.
