Reminded me that I still love shooting film For those of you unfamiliar with the origins of this book, Chris Marqhardt is the host of the longest running photography podcast in the world, called Tips from the Top Floor. His podcast deals primarily with photography as a whole, without necessarily distinguishing between film and digital. However there are plenty of specific tips in the podcast for both film and digital photography.This book contains everything you need to know to get started shooting and developing your own blac. Masterful work that teaches with just the right amount of technical information but more importantly provides hands on tutorial on how to shoot film, process it, and the different options to either print pictures the old fashioned way or how to get digital images from your negatives or slides. It is a inspirational read and makes you want to shoot film if you haven't tried it before or in my case shoot more film, especially black & white. There are many photographs giving examples of.
