Seriously, this book was pretty great. Now, it wasnt PERFECT (a villain or two were taken out a bit too easily toward the end, and there were a few spots with, well, derpy artwork of a cowl-less Bruce Wayne) but I give it five stars because it accomplished everything I look for in a crossover - a clear and concise story, characters that react properly in the environments, and - especially important in a crossover - the characters as a whole are written as they normally are

Batman +TMNT = YES. Seriously, this book was pretty great. Now, it wasn't PERFECT (a villain or two were taken out a bit too easily toward the end, and there were a few spots with, well, "derpy" artwork of a cowl-less Bruce Wayne) but I give it five stars because it accomplished everything I look for in a crossover - a clear and concise story, characters that react properly in the environments, and - especially important in a crossover - the characters as a whole are written as they normally are in their own series. To expand on that - I couldn't stand the Family Guy and Simpso. Steve said The teamup you've wanted since childhood!. When I saw the concept of this book, I just had to buy it. Two childhood favorites meeting together in one series! The story is an interesting setup: The turtles and Shredder and the foot clan have arrived in Batman's world somehow. There is the obligatory super hero misunderstanding fight, which is great, because of course we want to see Batman fight the turtles. But they get their issues sorted out and team up on Shredder. A good number of Batman villains make an appearance in this including Killer Croc, Penguin and more. We get most of the main character. Scotty B said Cowa-Batman!. I loved it! I was expecting a paper back and when it showed up it was plastic wrapped and a hardcover. Being a hardcover its a little stiff making the art work in the middle panels hard to see, but after a couple readings the books spine will loosen up. Speaking of art work, Batman seems a little off visually, but the Turtles look great as well as Batmans villians and especially Shredder! The story is pretty good, a little hard to follow a moment or two but honestly i didnt care, i came here to see how the Bats would handle the Turtles and i wasnt disapoint

GOTHAM CITY. Suddenly, a new enemy emerges—the Shredder and his ninja followers, transported to Gotham and unleashed upon an unsuspecting world. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles face the battle of a lifetime, fighting both the fearsome Foot Clan and their leader, the Shredder, and the alien forces of General Krang…which is exactly Krang’s plan. Now a single dimensional warp can rid him of both of his greatest rivals at once. But heroes come in all shapes, and the Dark Knight does not fight alone. Now they’re on the hunt for the technology that will help them return home…and conquer Gotham City in the process, with the help of Batman’s deadliest rogues. 1.  Join the Bat and some teenage turtles as they try to save their cities from the baddest of the bad guys!   NEW YORK CITY. A New York Times best-seller! Written by top comics author James Tynion IV (DETECTIVE COMICS) and beautifully illustrated by Freddie Williams II (ROBIN), this is a cross-over you never saw coming: BATMAN/TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES VOL. From the Penguin to Killer Croc to Ra’s al Ghul and beyond, the caped crime-fighter called Batman already has his hands full protecting his city.   As the Caped Crusader joins forces with Leonardo,
