The last book in the series is another five star book Sbjulie Once again I am having trouble getting the correct number of stars for the book. There should be five stars on the top of the page. This book is set just before the American Civil War, the heroine was very independent and against slavery. The plot twists and turns,keeping the reader's attention throughout the book.. Almost When rating the final installment of the bride trilogy I just had to rethink my decision. The way the dialogue emphasized the emotional impact on each character I felt empathy almost a surprise even to me. I loved the Against series. Read or listened to them all.. Rules bride This is the last book in this series. I just finished the series for the second time, a couple of years apart. I enjoyed them all again. This is one of my favorite authors, and have enjoyed many lazy afternoons with a Kat Martin book in my lap.
