I have read the book and tried his exercises pre post and warm down suggestions. The maitenance exercises are wonderful. I especially like the 3rd valve exercises. There is too much inside these covers to try to outline in a few sentences.This book is like months of private lessons with one of the "workingest" guys in the music world. At a tiny fraction of the price!
