It was by far the most read-able and informative book of the recommended books (also got Ready, Set, Practice by Sharky and Construction Contracts by Hinze). I found it very helpful and one of the more fun books to read. It was the cheapest of the books I could purchase for Section 1 and the way Ramroth approaches topics it was an interesting read.
