"Good to know for the workplace" according to Kelley. While the 5 love languages are relevant in personal relationships, I felt uncomfortable asking coworkers, "What's your love language?" This book takes the information behind love languages and identifies them as languages of appreciation. There are some differences in their usage in the workplace, but I expect knowing my appreciation languages and how to identify others'languages will be.
