Sproger This is one of the most biased, one sided Handbooks I have ever read. I have been a Vocational Counselor for over 30 years and this book is TRASH! Not that there isn't a great deal of information. I do especially like how the history of Career Counseling was handled. But the author's bias against interest, aptitude and ability testing is abysmal, as was the attempt to insert a . "Good for what it is.but read the bad closely" according to Greg S Rodgers. It is what it says, but very light in content and truly geared towards someone learning the craft va those traveling through their career journey
