The original book is the BEST purchase if you are looking for just ONE purchase. THIS book is the first, the original "Power of a Praying Parent" book. The book is broken down into 31 chapters each focusing on a different area you c. "Four Stars" according to Kristen Monis. I love the prayers offered in this bookhowever, it's a book of the theology if you pray hard enough or the correct way, you will get whatever you want. Several times in the book she states the reason children go through things is because their parents are not praying parentswhich was kind of off putting.I do love her ideas for prayer and what to pray for.. and this book is a great way to start the discipline of praying for our I have some concerns with the theology of this book, but overall I am really loving the powerful prayers and clear outline of prayer needs of our kids. I believe that we don't fully realize the power of prayer in our lives, and this book is a great way to start the discipline of praying for our children in a meaningful way.
