Since I already had The Shredded Chef, I didn't get much more out of it.. "Yes, yes it does." according to Denise Esse. I hate cardio with a passion but push through it because I'm supposed to. Wel,l now I know why it wasn't making any noticable difference. Already noticing a huge difference with what I learned in this book. Feeling awesome.. This book explains it all Squilly Loved this book. I like seeing the science behind why I should do something a certain way. This book explains the reasoning behind it all but in way that's easy to follow and understand
