Tulgan's work is a valuable resource that is updated for greater relevance in this revised edition. I recommend it to all of my clients.. Great Insights and Real Life Example I've read a number of books on millennial's and this is hands-down the best. The research, real life examples, and insights on how to hire and manage millennial's is exceptional. I highly recommend it.. Five Stars Great read!! I am recommending it to everyone trying to understand the younger generation.
